After two sessions of work the DISC delegates have presented their position towards topic A: Reduction of military budgets and have gathered possible ideas for the creation of a possible working paper.

The Disarmament and International Security Committee has had three sessions of debate, in which the delegates form several blocs have exposed their ideas towards the solution of the topic.

Unfortunately the time is finishing and a possible working paper has no been presented, as long as tensions continue the cooperation and negotiation will not be accomplished. The Chair hopes the delegates can achieve an agreement this day as the Chair has been informed of some important situations that have been happening in Europe, this issues could be relevant to the committee as they are matter of international security.

The Chair hoper this tensions end and a possible working paper is presented before the end of this session. Also DISC hopes that the European issues come to an end in order to maintain the international security.
