Messages from the General Assembly have been arriving to the committee which
have lead finally to a new situation, a crisis: the Zionist Groups have become
into Israel, which has declared itself independent; it has movilized its army
and has taken control of a vast portion of territory of Palestine.
Delegates are now trying to adapt to this new difficult situation in which not
only different interests are involved but also human lives are at stake.
