ICJ: The Evidences
The International Court of Justice under the basis of International Law, has been listening and analyzing Agencies' arguments and evidences, in order to reach a solution and a judgement.
In the fourth and fifth session of the International Court of Justice, the case and both agencies positions became more clear. During the fourth session the Agencie of Croatia presented 7 evidences, but 3 of them were dismissed. The debate became more intense because many justices objected arguments of the Agency. Some of the evidences presented were maps, videos a diary and the most controversial was a stick with Croatian blood. The participation of most of the justices was active and after some retirements they got a better idea of their position towards the case. During the fifth session, the Agencie of Croatia finished to present its evidences and then The Agencia of Serbia started to present them. In both sessions the debate was well guided with controversies between justices. The closing sessions were very relevant for the judgement because the justices got more arguments and points concerning the case. The work of today's sessions of the ICJ is the key for the judgement...
