DISC: US deploys more troops in Afghanistan.

The White House has notified the deployment of 13, 000 soldiers in Afganistan to reinforce NATO's mission in this country.

Since 2007, the US has increased the number of military effectives deployed on both Iraq and Afghanistan to fulfil the request of the Commander in Chief of NATO's mission in Afghanistan; General Stanley A. McChrystal. President Obama said that this measure is only to ensure the peaceful settlement of political disputies on both countries and hopes to withdraw from both countries as soon as possible. However, there are more than 186, 000 active personnel in both countries; which according to the White House, this number will increase in 34, 000 effectives. 

Is the duty of the countries present in this committee to negotiate with both parties; Iraq and Afghanistan and with the United States and its NATO allies to reduce the number of military personnel, in order to improve the international security situation in the middle east and central Asia.
